This privacy policy is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data") and the subsequent EU Regulation 2016/679, known as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).


The consultation and use of this Site and its subdomains, if they exist, does not imply, in itself, any processing of users' personal data (hereinafter, the "Users") or only the processing of personal data in anonymous form, in a way that does not allow them to be identified.

The personal data provided by Users will be treated in accordance with the principles of protection of personal data established by the Code regarding data protection personal data and other applicable laws.

Providing data is optional; however, failure to provide the data will prevent the possibility of using the contact form.

Data Controller

Personal data is processed by the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Production at the Federico II University of Naples, indicated below as "Data Controller", with automated tools and for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.


Purpose of the processing

The personal data collected through the registration to the services offered by the site (by way of example only, requests for articles, invitations to events, request for information on the Site or requests for contact) and / or by inserting comments to the articles published in it are treated in order to allow the use of the services provided by the Site.

INFORMATION ON THE TREATMENT OF DATA SIGNED THROUGH THE SITE CONTACTS FORM

In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003 (Privacy Code) and of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679), we inform you that the Data you have provided by filling in the CONTACTS form, they will be processed electronically and used only to send e-mails regarding the request to the sender. The data processor is the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Production at the Federico II University of Naples. The owner of the data may request the revocation of the treatment by means of the same form specifying, in the message, the personal data that he will want to remove and indicating in the object that it is a request for deletion of data.

The data sent through the CONTACTS form will be kept for the time strictly necessary to manage the request sent by the user.
